Dr inż. Paulina Gątarek of the Faculty of Chemistry at Lodz University of Technology has been honored by the Committee on Analytical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, which granted her the award for the best doctoral dissertation in analytical chemistry.
On April 10, the results of the latest edition of the prestigious QS by subject ranking were released. This high-profile, internationally recognized ranking ranks universities within certain subjects of scholarship, providing students and researchers with useful insights. To be included in it is quite a distinction – one that Lodz University of Technology has earned for the second time, this time being classified in four subject areas.
Marta Kopytowska is studying Civil Engineering. Since childhood, she has been training karate and participating in international events. This allowed her to thoroughly understand the mechanisms behind human movement and how complex the anatomy of limbs is. In the E2TOP programme, she decided to unconventionally combine her interest in body movement with construction, implementing the project "Intelligent Nodes in Steel Structures Utilizing the Earth's Center of Rotation".

Kluby Rozwoju Cyfrowego [Digital Development Clubs, KRCs] is a project planned to run for several years, funded from the European Social Fund Plus. Currently, the project is in the pilot phase, KRC Support, to select the first 64 municipalities where the premises of the whole enterprise will be put to the test.
