A team of Raptors from the Robotics Science Club SKaNeR at the TUL Faculty of Electrical, Electronic, Computer and Control Engineering took part in the anniversary Droniada, which ended on June 4th in Chorzów at the Mars Fields and the Muchowiec airport in Katowice. The students went there with their drones - Hexacopter and Mavik - and successfully competed in six competitions.
The gala evening marking the 10th edition of the Certification of Managers of the Łódź Voivodeship was exceptionally grand on account of the large number of guests and the venue, the historic Herbst Palace.

Lodz University of Technology, as an active member of the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU), invites all interested individuals, in particular the research and teaching staff of TUL (academic teachers and doctoral students) to a workshop dedicated to the research activities of ECIU, i.e. a wide range of scientific research and the new opportunities accompanying TUL's membership in this consortium (e.g. the possibility of participating in international grants).
The open meeting between Rector Professor Krzysztof Jóźwik and the academic community of the university was used to share important information and answer questions from those in attendance.

This time, it was not a lecture hall that was set up, but a computer room. During the solemn session of the Senate, the rector, Professor Krzysztof Jóźwik, made an address which took stock of the university's achievements over the past year. Speaking of Lodz University of Technology's rising position in the Polish and global higher education landscape, he cited the university's outstanding results in the academic evaluation, innovation triumphs at international invention exhibitions, a number of initiatives undertaken as part of the ECIU consortium, and effective acquisition of funding from international EC research programs.
