The President of the Republic of Poland has awarded the title of professor to two researchers from Lodz University of Technology.
Mgr inż. Jan Makary Fryczak, the Faculty of Organization and Management, has won a grant from the PRELUDIUM funding scheme to conduct a research project called Business Strategies in manufacturing companies after external shocks: a Big Data perspective. Having been awarded the highest ratings in the HS4 panel by the National Science Center experts, the proposal came first in the ranking list.

Lodz University of Technology has finally learned the official results of the ministerial university evaluation for 2017-2021. The results are excellent. Out of the twelve evaluated disciplines, as many as three received the coveted A+ category. These are chemical sciences, food and nutrition technology and chemical engineering.

The Faculty of Technical Physics, Information Technology and Applied Mathematics, Lodz University of Technology, in collaboration with Kodegenix and the Institute of Computer Science, Warsaw University of Technology, secured nearly 5 million zloty from the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR) to develop a product quality and safety control system based on feedback collected from online sources, e.g. websites, social media, auction sites, and online stores.

Natalia Jabrzyk, a student of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Environmental Engineering at TUL, has won a silver medal in the 1500m speed skating at the Winter Universiade held in Lake Placid.
We have learnt the final results of the evaluation of the 12 scientific disciplines pursued at Lodz University of Technology, evaluated for the activities carried out in 2017 - 2021. Lodz University of Technology holds three A+ ratings, six A ratings and three B+ ratings in scientific categories.

In the latest High School Ranking 2023 announced by the Perspektywy Educational Foundation, the Public High School of Lodz University of Technology is at the 1st place in our province.
Many people had been waiting for this meeting since the media reported at the end of November (23.11) that Dr Sławosz Uznański, a graduate of Lodz University of Technology , had become a reserve astronaut of the European Space Agency (ESA). The auditorium where the meeting was scheduled at TUL was filled to its full capacity.
