In the competition organized during the plein-air they won the main prizes, honorable mentions, and special prizes - altogether an overwhelming 8 out of 14 awards given by the jury. The President of the Republic of Poland conferred the title of professor of engineering and technical sciences in the discipline of chemical engineering on the researcher from the Faculty of Process and Environmental Engineering.
The publication of the results of the latest edition of the QS Europe rankings brought good news: Lodz University of Technology performed significantly well in the Outbound Exchange Students category and yet again was ranked 1st in the country and 89th in Europe.
A gold medal was awarded to Lodz University of Technology for the innovation ‘PLA composite, its fabrication technology, and its applications’ (patent number PCT/EP2024/052675) at the prestigious EUROINVENT 2024 European Exhibition of Creativity and Innovation held in Iasi, Romania.

As they say, time flies. Last week (2-4.07), for the tenth time, a regatta was held at the TUL sailing depot in Roganty. Twelve crews, each comprised of TUL faculty and other university units’ staff, raced for the rector’s cup.
